Theory of Pat

That’s the main goal of all this. To talk about me, myself and I…only not as one entity but as multiple personalities in desperate competing for attention, all yelling at once.

Me, Myself and I.

The Theory of Pat is a gradual process which will expand as we work out the mysteries of our past, present and future.

We chose to share as we learn and practice how to navigate our own impulsive and irrational thoughts so we may help others better defend against those who work to exploit weakness.

This is We today:

Theory of Pat

The Main Characters

1. Growth: The child.  Our little girl always learning, always questioning.  The balance between existence and relatedness.

2 – Existence: Control / Survival. The inner cop.  Nothing gets past her watch.  Can’t say the word “yes.”  If it doesn’t

3. Relatedness: Chaos. the vivid imagination who can’t say the word “no.”  Always open to consideration of anything, good, bad or ugly.

The Result is MySelf

4. MySelf:  The whole package.  Where we don the big girl panties and accept personal responsibility for our thoughts and actions.
